very poor communication and 0 follow up. left 5 messages inquiring about the status of my order-received 0 call backs. 6th time I called they told me to come in. When I arrived they had no information in system on my order. Manager finally found it and discovered name was enter wrong along with wrong birthdate. Once corrected I was told nothing had been done on my order that I dropped off 2 weeks prior. Would not go back and would not recommend to anyone needing medical supplies or assistance.
