I just want to thank Zest Property Management. They came and fixed everything. This was a long job, but took care of it all. Specifically Ramal, Paul and Trey. Very polite, fast and respectful of my residence. They also completed the work well. Very knowledgeable! So happy about this maintenance request.

Chris, of Zest Property Management Maintenance, is simply amazing! He is truly an expert! He was on time, knowledgeable, and completed all the repairs quickly. Chris is a consummate professional! The repairs are so good, the things look brand new. Being new to Zest Property Management, I am very impressed. Chris, thanks a million!!

I have a very uneasy feeling about this management company. I was told in December the property was sold and that the new property management company was Doyenne Detroit or MI House of Detroit (formerly Doyenne Detroit). Cant get any plain and simple information from new property management company. I was told by Amy at Zest Property Management that this was the new company. Zest Property Management received all rent in December. I repeatedly brought to Amys attention at Zest that I keep getting notifications that rent is due and passed due, mind you Zest is no longer the management company. She said she would deactivate the accounts. Talked to Amy today, now someone else has to deactivate the accounts. And when I became irritated by her response, she has the nerve to be disrespectful and just end the conversation. What are you mad about Amy, just deactivate the accounts we no longer have business with Zest Property Management. I do not need any excuses, This is the month of February, just deactivate the accounts.
