        Liz and her staff in Southfield are the best and second to none in my opinion! I have a special needs daughter with Downs Syndrome and Autism who deals with anxiety. They made her feel comfortable and included her in all of the decisions of choosing her new frames. Thank you so much for this. She is extremely excited about her new frames and she can hardly wait to receive them!

        I absolutely Loved my experience with LensCrafters in Southfield.. The staff is very friendly, and accommodating. However, my great experience was because of Nia Moore, Team leader at this location. Im a senior and had not changed my glasses for a couple of years, so this visit was very important.. Nia is very patient, professional and has detailed knowledge of cost, frame decisions and insurance eligibility. She was able to use my current frames and fitted my new prescription to them . Turnaround time was only 10 days. At first my new lenses were a little blurry. With Nia just tweaking my nose bridge, they are now Perfect. If you go the Southfield, ask for Nia for an Excellent experience!!!!!. I will return every year to keep my glasses perfect!!I hope Nia is there . Sincerely, Doris Hamilton

        I went to LensCrafters in Southfield on Telegraph. I had a great experience. I was greeted at the door with a smile. Nia was very nice, professional and polite. She answered my questions.(very knowledgeable) Nia took the time to show me what color my tint would be, when I asked her about the color of the tint. The rest of the staff that assisted was nice as well, Im sorry I dont know your names, but you know who you are . My experience overall was exceptional. Thank you for making my experience great.
