        This place sucks. How do you have good reviews?? First, when I went to pick up my glasses the frames were completely WRONG. then 2 weeks later, you charged me over $700 for glasses and the PRESCRIPTION was WRONG. I took them to a REAL optometrist and they could clearly see you screwed up my prescription lenses. Will never go back.

        Went in for an eye exam and purchase a pair of glasses. The staff was good. That's until it came down to the purchase price. The person assisting me puts in two promotional rates to see which would be the best deal for me. After deciding which one I preferred she gives me the breakdown and says "it comes with an one year warrenty". I get home look over my receipt why is it a $29 charge for the warrenty? This was misleading, She should have said the price includes a warrenty and ask if I would like to purchase it. Next time I patronize this establishment (if I patronize at all) I don't want her to assist me.

        The doctor was excellent! I got the best prescription. My disappointment is with the reception. How many hours do you sit on hold? Its been three weeks, and no one called to let me know they were in.
