I would never recommend these people with anything regarding your eye care. My husband and I had gone in there to look at and possibly buy glasses from them on a whim. My husband had found a pair that he liked and we were going to buy them he had simply asked the lady for the poly carbonate coating for the lenses and how much that would be,the lady then proceeded to tell us that it would be more expensive and that she would call the company she called and then said it would be cheaper but better quality to have the poly coating, AR coating and Crizal coating and that just the poly coating by itself would be more expensive so we chose to have all three coatings instead thinking that we were getting a good deal. The lady then kept going on and on about how we were getting a great deal and that the frames alone were 180$ frames (by the way we looked up the frames when we got them and they were 65$) and that we weren't getting ripped off and about how mad that makes her when people get ripped off etc etc. She also promised that the frames would be in, in a week. A week goes by and on the date that we were expecting them to be in we get a phone call from them and we were thinking it was about the glasses being in but NOOO it was a call asking us to come back in because they had forgotten to do the pupil measurement. You would think that they would call us the day after we had placed the order ( as we were leaving the lady said she was going to put in the order) but instead they waited till the day we were expecting them. Then when we went in to give the measurement the doctor was rude as hell and gave really bad customer service not to mention didn't even say sorry for their mistake. Then the glasses were about 2 weeks late in coming in. Then when they came in the frames were bent and the lady didn't even fit the glasses to my husbands face like a place that sells glasses does. Not to mention the lady was pretty creepy everytime we came in she would try to give us little gifts for our baby(I was 8-9 months pregnant at the time) and always commenting and asking about the pregnancy. When we took the glasses back the next day because the frames were bent and we had suspected that the lenses didn't have all 3 coatings(we had them checked out by another glasses place and they did so it wasn't a concern going in there) they were really rude and had accused us of bending the glasses(we didn't bring them back the same day because we lived an hour away and we didn't notice when we picked them up because we were in a hurry had errands to run)then tried saying that we didn't pay for all 3 coatings on the glasses and only paid for 2 the AR and poly coating. Which is a big lie because we didn't even know what AR coating and Crizal were until we went in there. On top of that we couldn't prove it because when we had asked for a reciept they had hand written one that just said we paid 150$ and not what we had paid for which was a mistake on our part for accepting that but we had thought we were dealing with honest people since they were older. Anyways they had sent the glasses back to get reframed and when the glasses came back the nose piece of the frames were not straight so apparently you are getting used glasses and not new ones. On top of that when we had asked them for an itemized reciept, (the order form) they refused to give us a copy even though my husband had signed it instead they had typed up a receipt even though the information on it was wrong..Not to mention almost everytime we came in there the Dr would be yelling at his wife and it was pretty awkward. So long story short don't go to these people or you will get ripped off..

Do not go here and waste your money and time.I went in there to get glasses after I saw that they had a decent selection onsite.So when I went in there I told them I will only be using them inside to read nothing else.So then they saw that I had good insurance and they started by trying to get me crazal and anti reflection and polycarbonate lenses I repeatedly told the lady the was helping me her name was Susan that I don't want those I just want basic lenses.But she was extremely pushy and kept saying you wont have to pay for them your insurance will so why wouldn't you want a better product.But I told her im not gonna cheat my insurance and order something I don't need.But she kept telling me to get all that fancy stuff and it would only cost me my 20$ copay for the frames but I repeatedly told her I don't use them for anything other then reading inside.But she just kept saying you wont have to pay us anything your insurance will have to pay us everything.So finally I got her to sell me what I wanted and told me to come back the next Thursday to pick them up.So as I was leaving she said you should really at least get the polycarbonate lenses because regular lenses can melt in the sun but I know that's not true so I went home.The next Thursday I came back and they told me they forgot to measure my eye's and she tried to make it out that it was my fault that they for got to measure my eye's.So then they told me to come back the next Tuesday so I came back the next Tuesday and I noticed that my frames were bent and I asked why they are bent they tried to blame it on me.So they told me to come back the next Tuesday and I did so then I finally got my glasses.They are an okay pair of glasses...PLEASE DON'T GO THROUGH WHAT I HAD TO GO THROUGH..AFTER BUYING GLASSES FOR OVER 25 YEARS THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
