Dr. Giles has been my eye doctor since I'm 15 - that is more than 50 years ago. He's the best in the business! Wouldn't trust anyone else with my eyes or my husband's.
As a former special education teacher, I might add, he was fabulous with my students as well! He's a treasure!

Conrad Giles has been my ophthalmologist since I was 8 years old...I’m now 51. He has done 3/5 strabismus surgeries. The only reason he didn’t do my first two as a baby was because I had another doctor. When he retired, he referred me to Dr. Giles. My last surgery was yesterday 11/26/2018...almost 30 years to the date of my last surgery, my senior year at UofM. My husband is a physician, so medicine has been my life for over 25 years. There is truly no other physician (excluding my husband) I trust more than Conrad Giles. He had literally watched me grow from a little girl to a mom of 4 (who he insisted on evaluating just to make sure they didn’t have strabismus..none do) and a psychiatric therapist. I will forever be grateful for this amazing man. Thank you, Dr Giles.

First things first, don't go by the good reviews about Dr. Giles. He corrected the muscles of my right eye. But he kept me in the dark about what to expect post-surgery. After the surgery, my right eye got blurry. I had perfect vision prior to this surgery. He assured me that the blurriness will be gone after a few weeks. But the blurriness never went away and i lost my perfect vision in the right eye. Then in the subsequent visit post-surgery, he prescribed me glasses which I was not expecting at all. He made me false promises that these glasses will make my eyes even more straighter. I wore those glasses for a year without any change in my eye alignment. He failed to make my eyes look perfectly aligned. And after the surgery, my right eye looks glassy with a black spot. Dr. Giles told me that the glassiness will also be gone after a few weeks. Now after three years of the surgery, my right eye is still glassy and I lost my perfect vision in the right eye. I highly recommend you guys to stay clear of him. Dr. Giles is so DECEPTIVE!
