Phillice is awesome! By far, one of the best realtors Ive worked with. She truly value the client. She listened to my wants and needs and found me homes that fit the description. More importantly she was insightful and honest throughout the entire process. If there was a home that was overpriced or had flaws, she wasnt afraid to bring these things to light. She broke down the comps of the area, provided background on the neighborhood, and presented pros and cons of the home to ensure that I knew as much as possible about the property!!
