After not really being able to satisfy all of the items on my list, Danielle helped me to understand what was and was not available in the current market. So, I sat down and re-evaluated. I started to think more about what features were "must haves" and what would be "nice to have". I was then able to find a property that I absolutely love! Im so thankful for Danielle! My home purchase was nearly derailed when my loan fell through. Danielle referred me to a new lender and got the purchase back on track. Danielle assisted me with purchasing a property in the US even though I'm based in Australia. Purchasing a property from the other side of the globe isn't that easy but it's such a blessing to have Danielle's knowledge, experience, professionalism and guidance to make the process smooth from end to end.
