    I placed my online order at 7:00 pm. I get up there and the lobby is closed so I have to go through the drive thru. I didnt get to the window to get my food til 7:40. Before I got the food I told her I was waiting a long time, is the food still fresh or hot.. she said that depends on your liking I said huh? She said THAT DEPENDS ON YOUR LIKING Im like ok lemme get the food. I open it and feel it and its hard and cold asffff so I told her and she said well get a refund and slams the window in my face. I stayed there cause aint no way she came back and said Im holding the line up so I said are you gonna make my food fresh? She said Id have to go back in that line and wait alllll over again Im like but I already paid and you have my order.. so she said you only have two options, take this food or refund I said okay no problem Ill just get a refund she said DO IT THROUGH THE APP BYE and slammed it again. Mind you I didnt cuss at her or disrespect her. All I said was Im not paying $30 for cold food that I just waited 40 mins for lmao. I have it recorded as well. And no They didnt give me the food or money back.

    Had orderes two beef 'n' cheddar sandwiches with 3 apple turnovers this afternoon. Food was extremely cold and unappealing and when I inquired about getting my order remade I was told I would have to get back in the line. I was on my way to work and really hungry so I was unable to get back in the drive-through. Yet I was already there for about 23 minutes just ordering and getting my food. This needs Tobe fixed because it's bad customer service seriously
