        An urgent matter arose that required immediate lab work. Fortunately, I could easily schedule online without any problems. Shortly after, I received a call to confirm my availability. I managed to take a brief break from work, get my lab work done efficiently, and return to work promptly. There was minimal waiting time, and the staff was as accommodating as ever. I'm incredibly thankful for the smooth experience.
