My name is Robin T. This was my first time using Pristine Performance. I want to express how grateful I am they were able to accept me as a fall cleanup client. I called relatively late in the year because I wanted to make sure all of the leaves had fallen from the trees. In addition to this I live in an area with TONS of trees. My particular lot has at least 5 mature trees, with neighboring yards that have addition trees that overhang mine. Did I also mention I'm on a hilly lot that's just under 1 acre? The job their team did was remarkable! Because the work was performed so late in the season, there was a bit of a wait, and the job was delayed several times due to rain and snow. The project manager stayed in constant contact via text letting me know if/when there would be a shift in scheduling. When the time came and the work started the team worked diligently throughout both days it took to complete the job. I plan on using this company for spring/summer maintenance and again for leaf removal (if they'll have me again :0) lol). The only reason they won't be doing my snow removal this season is because I waited too late to book them. I highly recommend this company. Keep up the great work folks! What a wonderful company , my dad is 91 and very particular about his lawn, they make sure everything is just perfect! He stops and talks to my dad telling him you worry about the inside and I will take good care of the outside! Recommend him above and beyond! He does his snow maintenance too, he has a large lawn and sidewalks makes sure everything is done

The company takes care of the lawn for my elderly mother. This company has been so patient and understanding. Her grass is cut exactly how she likes (and she is picky), I never have to worry about her safety during the winter as her snow is always plowed and they are extremely professional in all aspects of service! I HIGHY recommend them as your lawn company!
