went there to trade in some jewelry, was told by the sales associate to go to the back to get my pieces checked/appraised. They sent me right back to her before they would even look at my jewelry, right away i thought this was strange. As im talking to sales associate she is being extremely rude. Not really looking at me, saying things under her breath when i would ask her questions, overall her tone and mannerisms were horrendously off putting. I asked if there was someone else than can help me, she said no i can help you.I left immediately.

Jewelry purchased here is dazzling. Elizabeths (Liz) service is always professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Couldnt ask for a better sales associate, absolutely superb.
