        Fits you in a home where you feel comfortable are helpful in getting you aquanted with the clients, and other staff. They gave me the opportunity in advancement to House Manager within 6 months of starting. I just wish the company was closer. Hard time getting there when I also have my dad to care for around the clock 7 days a week. They were supportive of the time I needed off when my mother was dieing of cancer. As I too have stepped in when staff needed their shift covered. We work as a team...
