Jo Marie and the entire team at Guardian Medical were a delight to set up the system. Having the pendant gave my dad so much comfort as he continued to live independently despite declining health. I had to unplug my unit because I was CONSTANTLY seeing it light up from there end!!! Beware of weirdos listening in on you! They most certainly do!! I can't imagine how much personal info they could get from you not to mention the violation if privacy! They need to reevaluate vtheir staff ASAP! IT WASNT A TECHNICAL ISSUE! AS SOON AS THEY HEARD ME SAY OUT LOUD "DID I HIT THE BUTTON?" IT SHUT OFF!!! YOURE LUCKY I DIDNT GET THE POLICE INVOLVED! IVE CAUGHT IT BEFORE TOO! HOW DARE YOU! It happened at approximately 12:40am on Friday July 31st! Check employee records from then! Then you have your culprit. I'll be warning anyone I know with your service to beware!

I am not sure if I just got lucky and reached out to the right person/department right off the bat, but I must give 5 stars to Guardian Medical Monitoring- specifically to employee Melissa House. She provided probably the most helpful and efficient customer service I have ever received! She did not transfer me around to a bunch of other departments, but handled my inquiry and needs directly and quickly. I did not have to jump through hoops to get what I called for, and was not pushed to figure out my needs via some sort of auto system like most companies do nowadays- which can be very confusing and frustrating when you do not know what you are doing initially. She assisted to get my need resolved, and then gave me access and very clear instruction/guide on how to use their online portal where I am able to get what I need directly going forward- which was wonderful. I will highly recommend this company, especially as I work in home-care for elders!
