Dont come here. Making an appointment here was a mistake . Had a wisdom tooth removed and it was very painful experience. Dr Gordon helped but didnt feel well since he was pushing on it but felt more like he tried to crack my tooth with a pick axe and kept endlessly drilling it for half an hour . Felt so much pain, Shouldve went with anesthesia instead. Not to mention this place is rundown and dirty, there are holes in their walls in patient rooms and rusty old metal. Wouldnt advise ever coming here for a wisdom tooth extraction. They need to remodel because this place look unsatisfying , very small rooms , old windows. The area around my mouth barely felt numb after injection, had to be injected 3 times, this felt unprofessional and not safe. Was very worried.. distraught during the procedure. It was numbing injection after drilling after injection after drilling after injection.

I was referred to Dr. Gordon by my regular dentist who is a great dentist so I trusted his opinion to do a root canal. The root canal wasnt the best experience but I was unsure what to think because I had never had a root canal before. The first visit he drilled and basically hollowed out my tooth and put cotton in it and sent me home. I was going out of town and didn't want this hollow tooth so I asked if there was supposed to be something it it he said yes and did the pot. Then I came back for my crown and this was the worse part. He drilled for a really long time like at least and hour. I felt with my tongue and had no tooth left. I felt very alarmed but that wasn't the worst of it. He put something very hot on what was left of my tooth and left me there to write one of his employees their pay check for the week. It felt like a long time before he came back and started to pull with those things that you use to pull teeth. It felt like he was pulling my teeth out. I asked him to stop. He did only to start again and next thing I know he pulled out my tooth and I see the screw from the root canal post. I Said is this supposed to happen he said no. I started to cry and said you pulled out my tooth. He said he could fix it but he never did. I left the office and an hour later my temporary crown came out. He knew this was going to happen because he gave me fixodent before I left the office. It was loose in my mouth all weekend. Needless to say I am going somewhere else to have my permanent crown put in. My good dentist fixed the temporary crown so its not loose in my mouth and has to build the tooth back up in two visits to put in the permanent crown. The worst part was Dr. Gordon would not explain anything that was going on. Do not let him near your teeth!!!!!!!! I wish I never did.

Friendly and helpful staff, very outdated equipment and the hygienist was not thorough in her cleaning. Kind of messy environment behind the desk, they misplaced my X-rays so when I returned had to redo them. No rinsing while cleaning available, they just have you wash with listerene and spit it out after they do the cleaning. I really appreciated the quickness of being scheduled and the kindness of the dentist and staff, which is why this is not a lower review but I will likely not return.
