ALFA Construction Guys

I recently used Alfa Construction Guys for my first investment property, which was a full rehab project. As a home inspector, I'm probably more particular than most about the details and having the result be a house that I was proud to sell. I couldn't be happier with the final results or more impressed with Jason's handling of my concerns. Top notch all around. Can't wait to do my next project with them. I would give 10 stars if I could!

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. From the start- communication was very thorough. Timing was on time as promised for the holiday weekend. I finally have my dream bathroom. Prices were fair and a huge shoutout to Ryan for checking and making sure we were happy start to finish. Look forward to doing another project with them.

I was completely blown away by the quality workmanship of ALFA Construction Guys and the speed with which they got my renovation project completed! They said they would be done with my full renovation project in 15 days and on day 15 we were walking through the completed project. They gutted and replaced the kitchen and baths including installing new shaker kitchen cabinets, quartz countertops, subway tile back splash in kitchen and tub surround in bath, LVP flooring in kitchen and bath. They also installed new tub and vanity in main bath and updated the half bath. They painted the entire home (3-bedroom ranch), replaced all plug outlets, switches and heat vents, installed a new air conditioner and cleaned up after everything was done. The home was show-ready to be put on the market. They have the project management, the crew, and the skills to get the job done professionally and quickly. I'll be using them again!

I use this Alfa for all my home flips. They are my one stop shop for anything I need done on my investment homes. The communication and speedy follow through allowed me to expand and focus on new homes. Jason & Ryan were very thorough through the process. And John the crew head was on site daily to move with the crew.

The team came in and solved the confusion from the previous contractor that abandoned the project. They not only sourced the missing Materials, but also installed it with no additional cost. I was beyond impressed with the procedure. A must for those who need a turnkey solution.
