Patient, knowledgeable, and profession. I did not file or pay my taxes for 8-10 years and the IRS had finally caught up to me. I was greatly concerned, so I called Ben Cunningham and turned over all of my documentation. He kept me informed every step of the way, explained my options (not that I had many at that point), and in the end, saved me close to $100K. I ended up paying about 10% of what I originally owed. He's been handling my taxes (plus) ever since and I can be a pain; each year, it is handled with the same patience and professionalism.

Terrible communicator. I called an hour before our meeting time to confirm & he did not answer, so I left a confirmation message. He never returned my call. I Kept calling back over the next few days just to get a text from him saying he does not do reschedules if I didn't come to the consultation. I reminded him that I had called that day to confirm our meeting, left a voicemail, but never heard back from him. He seems not to care if you tried to reach out to him to confirm by his response. Very unprofessional.
