        Came here two weeks ago to get a regular wash and one of the employees offered me the unlimited wash package so I paid for it. Today I came to use it and it the guy with the freckles informed me that when they use the machine you pull up to, to sign you up it has been having problems. He informed a dark skinned skinny guy in the booth of what happen and he came to my car and said the lady that signed me up didnt put it in right and it was nothing under my name. I ask him it cant be fixed cause its obviously not my fault. He then replied no so what wash do you want to get. No care for their mishaps no kind of compensation or care he was just a jerk. I will not return to this location. This was also the only car wash I went to but I wont be back.
