        Really disappointed that when I arrived after prepayment online I was told that I could not rent without a credit card. I stated on the website that I did not have one and was told no problem just have an additional $300 on your debit card. That was not the case when I arrived. I asked for a full size car and ended up with a midsized suv. It worked but a full sized car is what I wanted and would have been more comfortable for a 800 mile trip. Will probably not rent here again. The representative who helped was nice but adamant about the no credit card no rental policy. He explained why and I understand but was not feeling that when he said I could not rent.
