The owner was not pleasant and simply Unreasonable. I had extreme difficulty communicating and getting in contact with her. I sent messages that she claimed she never received and there was no Grace or anything offered for the miscommunication. I ordered a faja, and I wanted to get a different size after trying some on similar so I thought Id just go up a size since there are absolutely no refunds, no exchanges, no Grace at all. None fit properly. They compress the but and hips and thats what you absolutely do NOT want after having a BBL because you will mess up your results. I would order from somewhere else if you are post op. Waste of time and money

Where do I start .from the moment that I walked in? I was comfortable the customer service that I received from her was astonishing. Her product is amazing and it would help you to look and feel good and accomplish your body goals. I would tell anybody that I know to go shop with her.. I will be back..

Excellent customer service. She showed very good Interpersonal Skills. As well as, good Therapeutic Rapport with the customers. As a man who had never been in a garment, she did everything she could possibly do, to not only make me feel comfortable, but to make me feel confident. To do the type of work that she does, you really have to love the work! Given how customer service is lacking in so many areas of a society, I really appreciated dealing with someone who goes the extra steps/miles in making sure that the customer experience is a great one.
