Huntington Bank

At 8pm on April 7, 2024, this banks ATM, which is the furthest from the building, just took $203 cash from me without returning it. It errored out stating it took too long, rolling back the transaction and said call customer service for assistance. I cannot call customer service because they are closed today Sunday, April 7, 2024. I cant get a hold of anyone because there is no chat option or 24 hour customer service to dispute this error. I want my money back. I called this location and left two voice messages requesting an audit on the transactions and for them to check the transaction log for errors. I am waiting for them to get back with me as this is unacceptable.

Slowest bank ever ! I rather switch to chase. This Huntington bank location be taking 30 minutes per customer. The manager be flirting with all his employees instead of attending to customers !

Horrible, the teller acted as if she didnt want to touch my money when I came in for a deposit. Ive had Huntington for years and have never felt as uncomfortable as I did today.

I came in to apply for a business Credit card today.(That you have to apply in a branch only) Very slow customer service. Unprofessional management staff who assumed I just walked in when clearly I was there for well over an hour She stated i cant walk in at 12pm to fill out the application and tells me to comeback on Monday at 9am and disregarded the fact that i was there already while she work with the 2 customers a head of me. Its not what you say its how you say it. Waisted my time because i can only go to the branch on Saturday. This isnt the branch to come to if you have a business. I will go to a different branch next week and I am positive i wont get this type of service.
