I must say! I don't know how to personally feel right now!I am truly disappointed and upset. I have gotten one settlement in and not the other for whatever reason. Which is causing me not to receive my first one. I don not feel like my situation is taken seriously because of the great amount time that passed by.Now I am currently right now playing the wait game. I feel like I am irritating the employee there when I am constantly calling. I just want all this to be over with.

I had an old credit card charge off 15k it was sold to a law firm and They tried suing me we ended up suing them, most importantly got it off my credit report. I Called another law firm first before them and they were trying to get me to save up money and settle at $7000 ($2000 to him and $5000 to negotiate) I am glad I hired Michigan consumer credit lawyers and I didnt have to pay them a dime out of pocket! I would not hesitate to use them again with all of my credit needs!

I had an awful experience with a HOA association when they hired an outside collections agency. I contacted them and not only did they get ALL fines and penalties dropped , which I was not expecting. They ended up putting me in a class action with other people having issues with this collection company and they took that collection company to court and won. The people in the class action along with me ended up getting a nice check . Could not be happier than deciding to call this company, they also kept you advised every time something changed in the court system.
