      Ms. Danita Darden initially filed chapter 7 Bankruptcy through our law firm. There were no issues with her home, and she did not lose her house. Her case got discharged. Her trustee asked for more documents (completely normal) and, unfortunately, Ms. Danita Darden thought that she is going to lose her home. Ms. Danita Darden received excellent service, but she was required by law to produce documents to substantiate her case. Due to confidentiality of information, we are not going into detail as to why the trustee was asking for more documents.
