The billing here is awful. Recently did our green card process through Eli and got it a few weeks ago. The process was smoothish, but their paralegals ended up filing a few things wrong and we were charged a few hundred for their mistake. In addition to that, he called us to let us know the green card was approved to give us the good news (even though we had already known for a few days) and charged us $120 for a 10 minute phone call to congratulate us. Happy to have the green card process done, but will most likely will not return for future immigration law needs. UPDATE: Found several mistakes with their billing and have already received some money back, but we are missing a large sum that they overcharged. With the amount of mistakes theyve had, I would say their team is one of three things: incompetent/poorly run, negligent, or looking to take advantage of clients. We were recommended Eli by someone he knew, so I shudder to imagine what this firm does to complete strangers/people in a desperate state.
