        I used to work here during college/pandemic times. They trained and certified all staff in food safety & this is by FAR the cleanest kitchen I have ever worked in or seen. They have high standards for their staff and treat them very well! Additionally, dishes are made from scratch with fresh ingredients. They buy from and support local businesses and farms seasonally and I cant give them enough praise. I cant say the same praises for other restaurants, specifically chains that Ive worked in previously. Three blondes is a cut above the rest! Eat here knowing you are being served quality food prepared correctly :)

        We ordered the Blondie bread and a flight. The bread was so good, and the beer cheese & marinara were delicious. Definitely recommend ordering. We also ordered a flight and enjoyed them all. Some more than others as to be expected, but overall they all were really nice. Thanks for the great service Carlos.
