I just want to take a moment to warn anyone thinking about applying at this job, take a moment and ask yourself. Is a job worth my own mental health?
When I first started at lineage in the Benton harbor location it was a hostile work environment from the start. From Jeremy Bounds a manager, using rumor and gossip to create a hostile work environment. To Jeff Martin a manager that never leaves his office threatened my well being with the company every other day. Id say if youre thinking about applying think twice. They are the lowest paying rate for forklift operators around.
Management plays games the way they want to. Good example Jeff Martin and the newest manager Shon threatened me when I was at a good stand point with the company that I would be laid off next, my next shift in I was laid off over newer employees. Employees with higher points. Ect ect.
My point is, think about if its worth getting so stressed out over a job before you apply.
This place is not ran good what so ever, and out of my 10 years dock experience, it is ran by some of the worst management Ive worked with and if by far the worst dock job Ive ever come across.
Thats not even to mention the employees that came before me; I watched them mess around and egg on people before they got rid of them. Even got a man arrested on property during time there.
