After 27 years of using the same accountant we had to make a change after moving. we couldnt have been more happy to find Paul, personable, honest, felt very secure in his care !!!

Recommended to me. He spent time with me initially and I thought I was getting a great experience. My taxes were flagged. When I tried to reach out to Paul. He was not responsive. When i finally got fed up with being ignored I scheduled an appointment to go in and see him. He canceled saying he was switching offices. I understood. We set up a call. He never called. I sent a text. He never responded. 6 months later my taxes were still tied up. I was told finally after many texts from my wife and myself over a 6 months span trying to get a response "that it's just slow". I waited a few more weeks and then asked him for guidance. If I could call somewhere? Or what a steps could I take. He never responded. Finally the government send a letter saying my taxes weren't done correctly and they barely ga e me anything back. Sigh of relief it was over. I'm off to see a new person tomorrow to hopefully undo anything Paul did

I am a procrastinator and of course waited until the last minute, I was lucky enough to get an appointment that fit within my work schedule, it was quick and painless. Best tax guy I have ever had.
