        They are not reliable. I made an appointment and the day of the appointment they called to say they couldn't come for another week.

        MOST RIP-OFF company ever. They were called to straighten out a riser and tighten a union joint. They charged me 8 hours of labor (2 technicians at 4 hours each) at $107 an hour PLUS $65 service call. Their invoice has to include tasks such as locate meter and drive out to get a tool (all charged to me). Why am I paying for them to drive back and forth to get a tool???? Furthermore, why do they need 2 technicians???? All the work should take 1 hour when I asked another plumber.
