I am a board member for a non-profit organization and had worked with Tipu and his team in the past. The non-profit that I serve needed assistance in a very delicate time of transition with a high level of community and public input. Tipu and his team are experienced, they listened to each situation and made clear recommendations, provided the next steps and had a plan. There are so many ways wrong this could have resulted if we did not have their guidance. Public Relations is such a huge part of perception. If the communication and execution are not strategic, that perception can end up in a tailspin. Don't take any chances, work with the best. Trust Jason and his team! Digital Nod is truly a PR firm. They are nimble and creative in all the work they have done for our organization. I am grateful for all the support and guidance they have shared with us over the last three years. I hired Digital Nod to drive strategy and execution of our corporate social program, as well as work directly with our local division on local social and PR outreach. They are big thinkers and pragmatic partners in helping us craft messaging and proactively manage our social profile. During our time together, we saw vast improvement in social metrics and increased website traffic. They are a strategic partner and a pleasure to work with. Tipu was very helpful and informative. He gladly answered questions I had (that I'm sure seemed very basic to him) in language that was easy to understand and apply. Although my current employer was not prepared to make a commitment to working with the Digital Nod at that time, I have since recommended them to other companies looking for expertise in marketing and social media leverage. Although I have not had the privilege of using Digital Nod's services, I can attest to their integrity and honesty. I reached out to Digital Nod to handle my company's PR after having a pretty bad experience with a previous PR company that promised the moon. The moon was never delivered, not even moon dust and that left us scratching our heads on what we were paying them for. When I reached out to Digital Nod about what they'd be able to do for my company, they were upfront and honest about how they'd handle my company and what they could and could not do. This is very important to me as a client and business owner. After assessing our needs Digital Nod advised us to grow a little more before investing in their services. Although my company has not become a client, I have been invited to a number of Digital Nod events in which I was able to meet a multitude of Digital Nod team members and every one of them has been very warm and interested in my business...and I'm not even a client, Yet. I can only imagine how much attention and care we will receive when we do become a client.
