Trip was delayed by an hour due to mechanic issues. Once we set out we did not catch any fish or get any bites. Other charters we have done, the captain was constantly clearing lines. He was on his phone constantly scrolling. Very disappointed with this one. Would not recommend. Save your money.

I apologize for the tough afternoon of fishing that you and your crew Jonathan Waite, Alex C, and Daniel Kearns experienced on your trip (All Muskie Manias 3 Google 1* reviews are from this same crew from 8/15/23) I offered a free trip due to the circumstances with my boat that caused me not to be able to fuel up before the charter and the weather conditions. I was going to fish longer than the charter time, because of the fuel dock time, but was asked to cut the charter short by clients. I’ve been in business for over 25 years and fishing is not a guarantee, but customer satisfaction is very important to me and my business. For the first 30 min of our trip we were sitting at the fuel dock fueling up. I feel like that should've been done before our arrival. Then we spent the last 4-5 hrs just sitting on a boat. Didn't catch any fish. That's why you pay for a charter. For their knowledge of where/finding the fish. The captain spent the majority of the first 3/4 of the trip on his phone. Very disappointed. He brags about all these tournaments he has placed In. Not impressed when we spend 1,000 to go out and get nothing. Not into giving bad reviews but when the service is below sub-par....
If I wanted to be out on the water for 5 and a 1/2hrs I could've stayed home and got on my pontoon.

Awesome experience!!!! If you're looking for a charter service with top notch equipment, comfortable boat, a great Captain and First Mate who work hard to put you on big fish, book with Muskie Mania Charters! This was our first time Musky fishing, and we made a ton of memories on our 8-hour trip. Captain Mike and First Mate Scott are great, personable and want you to be successful. They worked hard to put us on fish and to make our trip memorable. My 2 son's and I all caught fish and each one was over 42"!!! We had a great time and we're already planning to rebook next year.

Capt. Mike with Musky Mania Charters is awesome. One of the best captains on the lake as his reputation of catching fish is always spot on.
