Customer service is terrible... says hours are till 4pm, called at 3:20 and every ten mins after till 4pm and no answer. Change the hours if you can't be open when it says you are

Absoltely unprofessional!!!!! I ordered a 10yd dumpster for $340 and sent my husband out for when it was being delivered. When it arrived he realized it was going to be too small and talked to the driver who said Hey man for $100 more you can do the 20yd so my husband agreed he would just do that and said to the driver I may or may not be here tomorrow so if not put it here. The lady over the phone told my husband it would be $550 and my husband assumed that was just $100 more since he didnt know the original price. Once I heard of the price I knew that was not $100 more but it was $200 more so I called to verify the price before going to pay and was yelled and scolded by these women that we were being charged $100 additional for a trip fee for switching it out and they also screamed at me for not having someone there when my husband told the driver the day before he may or may not be there. In the end we have no dumpster and Id rather pay double to go with someone else than ever use this place again! RUDE women in charge here who should NOT be running a business!
