They perform lawn care services for our business. I was in our office looking out the window and noticed a hose dragging across our whole parking (300-400 ft). The hose was stemming from their truck. This is a car, tripping, environmental, and snag hazard. I chased the operator down and asked if they were aware their hose was dragging across the parking lot.... I was concerned it had came unlatched. (see picture of truck at end of our parking lot) The operator stated they were aware and did not care and if it was a problem to go with True Green lawn care. I politely asked the operator to reel up their hose. The operator stated they knew our businesses owners and did not care what I had to say. The operator then proceeded to insult me personally and the business I work at. I promptly got the owner and they no longer perform lawn care services for us. I do not recommend this company. Their lack of professionalism is truly astounding. Choose True green or someone else. They do not deserve your business. (see attached pictures) Services: Weed control, Lawn pest control
