Samaritan Appliance Sales and Service

I am posting this on behalf of my mom, who had had her share of disappointments from vendors. She was so happy today after Robby left. I personally want to thank him from the bottom of my heart. Its been a rough year trying to get reliable service people, she had literally lost all hope. So thank you Robby. Here is moms review: Samaritan, thank you for the wonderful service. The worker (Robby) was very thoughtful and extremely kind to help me get my dryer working as quickly as possible. I truly feel he cares about his customers, finding the problem, and fixing it quickly. Theres been so many people look at that dryer and provide no help. The last one told me to tell my boyfriend to buy me a new dryer. She didnt even open the inside up to find out why it wasnt heating. I truly appreciate the help and response time from your company. Its nice to know there are still people out there that want to do good work and take pride in their work. Thanks Robby. Today truly was a Good Friday. God Bless you.
