Abysmal customer service. My wife and I were experiencing staining on our clothes from the washing machine. The technician diagnosed the problem which turned out to be a $450 fix. After the machine was "repaired" we ran a few loads in the wash and noticed more staining, so now weve destroyed even more clothes. Additionally a screw went missing from the face of our dryer after the repairs were done so now that panel is pulling away from the equipment when we open the door. When we reached out, they reinspected the machine and found no further issues. We tried to recoup losses since the problem was never fixed and the only option initially offered was full refund if they took the washer. After several phone calls they eventually offered a $125 refund so now my wife and I have to eat the remaining $325 cost of their misdiagnosis and still have a broken washing machine. I would strongly encourage others to look elsewhere for appliance repairs. Service: Washing machine repair

LG washer/dryer unit on it's 4th drain pump in 4 years! The first went bad in the first year. This was my first of 3 contacts with Advanced. I have spoken to the same woman all 3 times. She is always calm, professional and very specific about fees and timeframes. The first contact did not result in service, due to covid related time delays, but I bookmarked them due to the satisfactory response, given the circumstances. 2 years later, pump died again. Contacted them: same woman again very specific with fees and we can come there tomorrow, but will call if sooner. Infact called back the same day to come out. Tech showed up, quoted a decent price to fix it right now - Done in an hour. Last thing he said was 30 day warranty.... Glad he said that because this pump only lasted 3 days :( Called again, same -same, no attitude, just we can be there day after tomorrow and will call if sooner. She called the next day to come then. Not home so he came back with nobody home. Got home that night and the washer was fixed. No paperwork or bill, just a working washer. I called the next day to follow up. Same girl, says yes, we fixed it. Umm, thanks? Any charge? NONE! $0! This part will likely fail again ( it's been almost a month now ) and I will call Advanced again. Thank you for great service!!
