        Worst customer service ever, I was stranded in a field in the mud in my tow truck called here owner told me about 3, 4 hours to bring heavy duty so I asked him very politely if he could send a heavy duty truck to me quicker because of the area I was in he started getting loud with me and giving me the worst attitude just because I asked can you come out sooner than 3 hours
