not happy! they replaced our roof 10 years ago. A few months ago we discovered mold in our attic. they came out and looked at it, said it was due to poorly installed bathroom fan. Fixed that but there are still problems with dampness/lack of ventilation, and they have not returned our several phone calls. Finally got another roofing company in to look at our attic, and they said Diversified failed to install baffles, so the insulation covered up the ventilation holes. Stan came out promptly to check for my leak. Nothing was obvious so he caulked and renailed some possible problems. He said that it should take care of the problem and if it doesn't he would come back for a further inspection. When I asked what I owed he wouldn't take any money. Great service and and generous act. I was very pleased . They did an inspection on my roof, and answered all my questions. I will be contacting them when the time comes to have my roof replaced. I would recommend them for anyone I know that has roof problems.

We had our whole roof stripped and replaced and a skylight replaced. The whole process was super easy, communication was simple and fast, and the roofers were all very nice and knowledgeable. I recently had a carpenter out at my house who noticed a small piece of flashing was missed (it was in a hard to see spot), so I sent an email and Stan was out the next day taking care of it.
