Kurt was fantastic to work with. He was highly engaged and responded quickly, while not being overbearing. He genuinely listened to our concerns and remembered them throughout the process. He was highly knowledgeable about the market and the whole home buying process. Kurt truly cared for us as clients, and put our interests above his own. He helped us get into a home we were comfortable with and never pushed us to increase the price range or anything. I could go on and on about Cheryl and also her team but I will try to keep it short and sweet. I was in a time crunch to sell my home. I originally went with a friend of a friend to sell my house when my initial instinct told me to work with Cheryl from the beginning; however I also wanted to help my friend out so I felt torn. That situation ended horribly and really pushed my timeline back. I called Cheryl stressed and overwhelmed and she immediately stepped in, calmed me down, and told me it's all going to work out and it did! Cheryl's calm approach and professionalism really made my home selling process seamless. From the time I called Cheryl to the time I signed my closing documents everything was smooth and stress-free. I can't emphasize enough how amazing Cheryl and her team are!!
