We had a great experience with Washtenaw Plumbing & Heating replacing our 50 gallon water heater. Martin was a pleasure to work with and he went above and beyond in both setting up the appointment and replacing the tank. After he left, we noticed some of the faucets were not working properly. Martin immediately returned and help diagnose and fix the issue which was some sediment that broke loose and clogged the filters. Top notch customer service!! I would highly recommend Washtenaw Plumbing & Heating for any hot water tank needs.

Good experience! I made an inquiry in the afternoon about a water heater replacement and they got back to me by email in the evening same day. No sales spiel - provided a detailed description on what work they planned to perform and answered all my questions (in my experience, some providers seem bothered by questions). Came out the following Saturday to perform the work quickly. Left no mess. On top of that, competitive price including the permit and inspection.

Washtenaw Plumbing is our plumber of choice. They diagnosed and fixed a problem we had for some time in the basement but which other plumbers did not seem to fully understand. Would recommend to anyone, and they will be the ones we will call in future.

We are very happy with Washtenaw Plumbing and Heating. They were professional, friendly and very meticulous about the work. We bought hotter tank and they also worked on exterior plubmbing for us. I highly recommend Washtenaw Plumbing and Heating.
