I recently scheduled a service with Saline Sprinklers to winterize my sprinkler system. The technician was scheduled to arrive on a specific date, but no one showed up. When I called the company the following day to inquire about the missed appointment, I was unable to get through to anyone and left a voicemail. To my surprise, I received a voicemail the next day from their secretary claiming that the technician had visited my home and was informed by my wife that we no longer required their services, having supposedly hired another company. This, however, is simply not true, as no one visited our home, and we had not engaged any other company for this service. I attempted to contact the company again about a week ago to clarify this apparent misunderstanding and reiterate my need for their services, but my call was not returned.
