Worst company EVER! Zero customer service (after they cash the check). We prepay annually for 4Mbps service. We routinely get .49Mbps. Again that .49Mbps! This company NEVER returns calls or emails! Do NOT use this company if at all possible! UPDATE 7/2022 - Avoid Rural Reach at all costs! They have never been able to supply the speeds they say. Which by the way is a wopping 4Mbs! Check to see if you can get T-Mobile 5G home internet. $50 a month. No Data cap. No contract! Right now I'm getting 98Mbps down and 5.5Mbps up! UPDATE 9/2/2022 - Cancelled my service in July, still no refund! This company is a JOKE! T-Mobile 5G Home Internet is the best! And you'll save a lot of cash! UPDATE 9/8/2022 - Nope no check received as of this date. Good to know it was sent out. It will be interesting to see if the 'refund' includes the cost of the equipment that we had to purchase. Not holding my breath. Again, T-Mobile 5G Home Internet is the best! And you'll save a lot of cash! Just ran a speedtest 72 Mbs down and 6 Mbs up. $50 per month! No contract, no data cap! UPDATE 9/27/2022 - Received the check. It was dated 8/29. Nice trick. Anyhow, just as I expected, I was not compensated for equipment we had to pay for (even though we never received the service we were told we would). Go with T-Moble 5G home internet. Great service. Just did a speed test. 92Mbs down, 5 Mbs up. $50 per month! No equipment purchase! No data cap! T-Mobile is THE BEST!

We have had Rural Reach for about 9 months now. in a rural area where no one else would help or even go outside the box to help. Rural Reach not only went outside the box, they worked very hard with a Drone figuring out which grain elevator in our area we could hit with a clear view. we can stream 2 TV's at a time without issues. Thanks Rural Reach

These guys are great to work with. In the year I've had them there has not been a single outage. They are a small company to, so when you call them you get a real person that knows what they are doing. Highly recommend these guys.

I'll be honest. This set up was not without its issues. I live in a very remote area that no one not even Satellite services were able to help. When I contacted this company they gave me the same answer as everyone else. BUT they did come out, survey and give me some additional options. They have been in touch throughout the whole process. Each time someone would come out they gave a different answer which was frustrating but ultimately they found a solution. They established a service that is both affordable and decent given my location! The staff have been nothing but kind, informative, and supportive. Though I will change this review if that changes, I would highly recommend this company for rural service.
