        Just a had a delivery made for my wife's birthday and I was very disappointing with the arrangement. A $70 deluxe arrangement looked like a $15 order. Ordered through Norton's Flowers website and somehow it was delivered through Saline Flowerland. Won't make this mistake again.

      We are so sorry were not satisfied with your order. We wish you would have called us directly to resolve your experience with us.Your order came to us from Ranch Florist, not Norton's. Ranch is an online only company and not a florist. Meaning, they take your order and send it to a florist that is closest to the location you want it to be delivered. This also means your $70 order was sent to us for less. They took a cut for their own profit.We recommend using Google Maps to find a flower shop that is in the area you wish to have something delivered to. This way you know that they are a legit flower shop and you know what your money is being used for. Feel free to reach out to us if you wish for us to explain in greater detail, or wish to go over your order with us, or if we can help you in any way.Thank you for your review.
