        My elderly mother visited the store for help. She handed her phone to the employee and he wrote a google review under her account. Pretty unethical if you ask me for taking advantage of the elderly. I am sure the owner will respond with "we take this very seriously". I am sure they are the one pushing it. I wouldn't trust any reviews here as this has probably been happening for awhile. She said she liked the employees, but shame on them. Why don't businesses understand all they have to do is give good service to succeed. You don't have to cheat to win.
