Gwen's Cake Decorating & Etc.

We have gotten multiple cakes so far from Gwens for different birthdays. She did a stellar job on all, was very communicative, and very quick! And each time we were wowed by the great flavor! I will totally be getting any cakes in the future from Gwens.

Believe me, I take no pleasure in writing this because the owner accommodated my request in a short notice, delivered on time, and even gave me a refund for the sugar cookies after I reached out to express my disappointment. As you can see, the mini cake and cupcakes are beautiful but thats where it ends. Nothing was particularly flavorful. But the sugar cookies were by far the worst. Tasted like chalk. I requested to have 2023 on the cookies and it looked like a small child could have handwritten it. She arrived at the venue to set up everything and was gone before I got there. The staff at the venue made a point to tell me that she was rude to them. Based on all the outstanding reviews, perhaps I got a bad batch??? Perhaps she was having a bad day. Either way, I will not use her services again.

My 18th birthday cake was so good and pretty! The frosting was amazing and I hate frosting lol but Gwen put just the right amount of sugar in it so it wasnt overwhelmingly sweet.

We used Gwen for our wedding cake and couldn't be happier! Gwen made the process easy from start to finish - we were able to do a cake tasting with her and choose our design together. Her flavors are absolutely delicious - especially the strawberries and cream (our favorite). She took incredible care delivering our cake on the big day and even placed the flowers from our florist on the cake. Couldn't recommend Gwen more!
