        Worst place ever to live. The landlords are slumlords. There is no on call maintenance. Nobody ever picks up the phone at corporate. Theyll try to take you to court over anything if they dont like you. My advice stay away from anything PK properties owns.

        Close to food and shopping also all of the schools are all very near. The school bus doesn't stop here though,not very helpful. Great on site manager, always helpful with the office and clubhouse, nice and clean, feels like home.

      Hi Matt, we are an award-winning management company. Finding qualified maintenance technicians is an industry-wide challenge to which we are not immune. We have, however, recently hired an on-call maintenance technician. We do not take residents to court because of personal opinions. We do have to enforce our legal agreements as part of our standard operating procedures. Best of luck to you in finding a home that better suits your desires.
