Phenomenal stay! Blown away by the hospitality of this hotel. I left something in the bed that easily could've been wadded up with the sheets and they found it and are shipping it to me. From day one, my stay was excellent and I felt very well taken care of. The amenities are also unbeatable.

Beautiful hotel. Nice location. Nice room. Terrible customer service. There were young children running up and down the hall screaming and making a big racket. Called the front desk to see if they would do something or maybe move us to another floor. Wouldn't move us and actually hung up on my wife while she was talking to her. Called and asked for a manager. Hung up on us again. She went to the front desk the following morning. Clerk seemed annoyed my wife would even bother her with the problem. Asked for a manger again. None available. We were booked for 5 nights. We checked out after one night. We won't stay here again.

TLDR: Clean and nicely located with nice staff. Overpriced restaurant and bar options, no complimentary breakfast, loud humming in the walls from, I'm assuming heating elements, super loud until 11 with the bar right in the lobby, and hot tub not working. Great for young, childless guests that don't mind spending extra money. ..... Let me start by saying we booked this hotel last minute for a quick weekend getaway for us and our two kids. We didn't do a ton of research first. We mostly went for the pool/hot tub and scenery/location. We booked a harbor view room. The Good: The rooms were clean and nice. The view was very pretty. There is construction on the other side, but that's not the hotel's fault. It was still nice watching the boats and ducks. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. They even offered us a free complimentary margarita when we came in! Quick check in and out when we left. The housekeepers were kind and efficient. It wasn't super busy so we had the pool to ourselves a few times. The location is awesome, very close to the shops and several parks with easy beach access. The bad/unfortunate: The hot tub was having a struggle. I will say that all three times we mentioned it to staff, they immediately tried to get it going again. Unfortunately, it took an hour or so to warm back up, and when we had time to come back, it was cool again. The last evening it was warm, not super hot but comfortable. There is no complimentary breakfast in the morning (we didnt check, just assumed so not the hotels fault, just unfortunate), and the prices at their restaurant are very high. We looked over the menu and chose not to eat there, so I don't have any review of the food other than it is expensive, but there are plenty of local food places to try instead. My husband and I did try the bar for a couple of drinks to take upstairs. We got two, very small, "margaritas" and they were awful. What's worse is they cost 21 dollars. They tasted like pure lemon juice, from a bottle and you couldn't taste any alcohol. It was unfortunate and sadly extremely over priced for what we received. I wish I could have asked the front desk for their complimentary margs, they were way better than the bars'. Pro-tip if you want a margarita run up to Azul's restaurant and get one to go. The walls also hum/thrum extremely loud. I almost didn't know if I'd be able to sleep. I think it is from the heating elements and it was cold. Again, not the staffs fault, just an issue that I don't know if it can be remedied and you may want to be aware of if you have sensory issues. The bar is also super loud and right in the lobby with the restaurant. I'm sure it's super fun for weddings and childless guests but a bit much if you have kiddos. Overall, good time, probably won't stay again. Will chose something a bit more family friendly and bit less pinky out. Not quite our style, but some people will be very happy with it.

Thank you for the review, Mr. Wagner. Your wife called down at 7:30 pm and our front desk called the noisy room and they immediately quieted down per your wife. She actually complimented our desk being able to do that. We were 100% occupied that night, so it was impossible to move you rooms, I do apologize. I did speak to your wife the next morning about the situation that was blown out of context, but could not immediately get her a resolution due to meetings and guests checking out. Again, we always try to remedy the situation if there is an issue, but patience is key. We are sorry for the issue, but we can not always control who is next to you in the hotel. Have a great 2024 and stay positive, life is short!
