        I was given a quote from another local company that rhymes with Moss, they said my 10 year old furnace needed 2k-3k worth of work or 14K for a new unit. 4 Parts would need to be ordered etc...I thought it odd that they all went bad at the same time. I should have known, that they sent out the sales rep with the technician for a reason. Sales person was very pushy, I finally told him I would need to get a second opinion. I called City because this is who we use at the shop where I work and we always have great service. Tyler came out determined the issue and he went to pick up the part required locally!, In a snow storm and had my unit up and running in a little over an hour for just over $500. Be careful who you do business with.

        Mark was AMAZING! He was efficient & extremely polite! I felt very comfortable with him being in my home! A little expensive but you get what you pay for right! I would recommend Ciry Plumbing/ Mark to anyone!
