        Marquise F. helped my 89 year old mom to set up her accounts. He was friendly and very knowledgable about the different accounts available at UFCU. Ive been a member for many years and they have handled my accounts and loans with extreme professionalism. I need to help my Mom with her finances in the future and wanted her to be at my credit union which I am very familiar with and very happy with their level of service. Customer Service has gone downhill these past years, but Marquise F. has restored my faith that it does still exist. Thank you for such great service, Marquise!
