        Tonight I scheduled an order for 7:00 pickup. When I arrived in the restaurant I was greeted by a hello and a smile. My order was ready at 6:59 and the server handed me my food with a smile and told me to have a good night. In a time where this should be a common practice, its not and I certainly appreciate that type of service and would gladly return. In addition the crew was down to business and efficient. Great Job Five Guys!

        Five guys is fantastic theres no doubt. But prompting me to tip at a fast food place is actually offensive enough for me to go to Culvers instead. This trend needs to stop. Im already dealing with the increasing prices and you want me to tip?

        First and last i come to the St. Joseph location. Normally love Five Guys, but this location was rough. The service was so bad and the food was soggy and not hot.
