When I moved to the area I was referred to this office by a family member. I've had life long dental issues and it's been an on-going battle. Never once was I made to feel uncomfortable about my condition. Instead, I was warmly welcomed! Together we made a plan and I'm happy to report that I have checked many issues off my list. I know there is a fear "stigma" with going to the dentist. This office certainly will help take that fear away. The staff is great and I personally work with Jen for my cleanings and most often Dawn at the front desk. I'm ALWAYS greeted with a friendly welcome when I walk in the door and that continues until I leave. Dr. Gupta is outstanding and builds a great rapport with her patients. I appreciate that she made herself easily available through the Covid shut down when I had an emergency. I highly recommend Smiles on Niles if you are looking for excellent dental care with a small town feel! Tracy U.
