Lakecrest Apartments

A big thank you to Melissa Blair for working with my son on his new apartment at Lakecrest. She was extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions making this transition extremely easy. I highly recommend working with Melissa.

Don't live here. You can't control your own thermostat, pipes are old and aren't replaced. There's a current hole in my bathroom ceiling from where water has just been rushing out of. Rent prices are too high for what you have. Small kitchen space compared to the rest of the apartment. Walls are thin, I can hear everything going on in neighbor's units. Patchwork has been done instead of properly fixing and replacing things. If you can, live somewhere else, if not, don't stay here for more than a year.

Been living at Lakecrest for more than 4 years now and have very little to complain about. Josh, who was kind enough to come later in the afternoon, was amazingly helpful when it came to the small issue we were having with one of the faucets in our apartment.

Great apartment complex. jejuan is an amazing maintenance man coming to our rescue late at night. Give this man some praise !

We put in a maintenance request last night and they already came this morning and had everything that needed to be fixed done in less than 30 minutes. Josh and Jason were both super nice and very professional. Thanks to them both
